Straight answers about phone, tablet, and computer repairs, onsite visits in Dallas–Fort Worth, and sending a device to ProiDoctor.
Does ProiDoctor come to my location in Dallas–Fort Worth?
ProiDoctor’s mobile service is designed for onsite repairs at your location in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. When booking is open, enter your ZIP code to check published coverage and available appointments. There is no walk-in storefront at this stage.
The appointment length depends on the exact device model and repair method. ProiDoctor sets a duration for each bookable repair instead of applying one time estimate to every phone. Available appointments also reserve travel time. If your exact model or repair is not listed, contact us rather than choosing a different one.
Is a Samsung screen-only repair the same as a screen-and-frame assembly replacement?
No. A screen-only repair and a screen-and-frame assembly replacement (FRU) are different repair methods. ProiDoctor lists them separately when available and assigns each its own appointment duration for the exact model. Tell us your model and symptoms so the repair method can be established before booking.
There is no universal repair price on this website. The device model and work required need to be established first. ProiDoctor can share a quote in your repair portal for you to accept or decline. If the quote changes, the revised quote requires a new response. Payments are arranged directly with ProiDoctor, outside the website.
Do you repair tablets, laptops, and desktop computers?
Phones, tablets, and computers are the service categories for the relaunch. Share the manufacturer, exact model, symptoms, and whether the device turns on. The live booking catalog will show the specific repairs currently available; a category page is not a promise that every model or fault is supported.
Can I mail my device to ProiDoctor, and who supplies the label?
Mail-in repairs require approval before shipment. When intake is open, submit the device details and return address through the portal. After approval, ProiDoctor supplies your PDF shipping label and instructions in the private repair page. Do not send a device before receiving approval and your label.
What information should I provide before a repair?
Provide the manufacturer and exact model, what happened, the current symptoms, whether the device turns on, and your location or mail-in preference. Back up your data if you can. Do not include device passcodes, account passwords, or payment-card details in the request or messages.
Sign in to your repair portal to see the status, conversation, quotes, and any supplied shipping label. You can send a message from the repair page. Automatic email and SMS notifications are not currently enabled, so check your portal for updates.
Mobile bookings are currently closed while ProiDoctor prepares to reopen. You can email proidoctor@gmail.com with questions about your device. An account can be created now, but that does not reserve an appointment.
