What we store

Your name, email, protected sign-in information, and repair details. Requests may include your phone number, service or return address, appointment times, messages, quotes, shipping labels, and repair status.

How it is used

This information supports scheduling, repair communication, shipping, and your repair history. The website runs on Railway. Shipping details may be shared with a carrier to arrange an approved shipment. Payments are handled outside this website; do not send card details in messages.

Account access

Sign-in uses an essential session cookie. Keep your recovery code private. Customer repair pages and shipping labels require sign-in and are accessible to the customer and ProiDoctor’s owner.

Your choices

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or close your account, email proidoctor@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Do not include device passcodes or other account passwords in repair messages.
