ProiDoctor uses the information you provide to manage your account and repair requests.

What we store

Your name, email, protected sign-in information, and repair details. Requests may include your phone number, service or return address, appointment times, messages, quotes, shipping labels, and repair status.

How it is used

This information supports scheduling, repair communication, shipping, and your repair history. The website runs on Railway. Shipping details may be shared with a carrier to arrange an approved shipment. Payments are handled outside this website; do not send card details in messages.

Account access

Sign-in uses an essential session cookie. Keep your recovery code private. Customer repair pages and shipping labels require sign-in and are accessible to the customer and ProiDoctor’s owner.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we measure visits to public pages, referral domains, approximate device and browser categories, visible page time, and clicks toward contact or the portal. Random browser and session identifiers are separate from your account; the server stores protected versions of those identifiers. We do not store IP addresses, full browser user-agent strings, URL query strings, repair details, or account-page activity in our analytics database.

First-party analytics records are retained for up to 90 days and removed during routine analytics requests. Browser identifiers and your choice expire after 90 days. Sessions use a 30-minute inactivity window. Counts reflect consenting browsers, not verified people, and may miss visits blocked by browsers or privacy tools.

If ProiDoctor enables Google Analytics, the preferences prompt identifies it before loading Google’s tag. Google processes analytics under its own privacy terms and the retention settings of our Google Analytics property. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. No Google tag loads before permission. Use Analytics preferences in the public-page footer to decline or withdraw consent; this stops future collection in this browser and removes its analytics identifiers and Google Analytics cookies. Previously collected records remain until retention expiry or an applicable deletion request. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Your choices

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or close your account, email proidoctor@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Do not include device passcodes or other account passwords in repair messages.
